As part of our End of Year / Christmas / One Year Using The Steampunk Brewhouse celebration tomorrow we will be tapping a single, one-off cask of our latest Coffee Porter: 10|04.
When the guys at Square Mile told us about Kilimanjaro, a coffee grown by Aida Batlle at Finca Kilimanjaro in the Santa Ana region of El Salvador, our ears perked up and, like Pavlov’s Dog to the ring of a bell, we started to salivate.
What makes this coffee so interesting – other than the skilled and careful growing, processing and roasting – is the fact that it is processed in three different ways: Washed, Natural and Pulped Natural; each process producing completely different flavour profiles from the very same beans.
After tasting each coffee we fell in love with the natural and vowed to make this our next Coffee Porter release. We’re proud and excited to invite you to join us tomorrow at BBNo. HQ to taste this unique cask.
