Our first Barrel Aged Tripel release is from our first batch 14|01 Tripel - Mosaic, aged for three months in first-use in chardonnay white wine barrels from the Burgundy region of France. The beer has been secondary conditioned in the bottle for a further nine months to achieve the optimum flavour balance between the white grape and French oak with our Belgium Tripel yeast and mosaic hops.
