Our CollabFest 2016 beer brewed with BrewDog Norwich. In a nod to Norfolk’s association with Colman’s mustard and sea salt production, this table saison uses mustard seed and sea salt to bring delicate savoury notes to its quenching, crisp body. The light grain bill of low colour Maris Otter barley, oats and rye are all sourced from Norfolk, while additions of Sorachi Ace hops and lemon juice balance the gentle, prickly spiciness of mustard and salt.
