Brewed for Uppers and Downers Festival 2018 in collaboration with Round Hill Roastery. Pale Ale based inspired by The Blended Union cocktail (created by Steve Georgiou from the Wigmore). The original cocktail won Best Drink at London Cocktail Week in 2017, and was made with BBNo's Wigmore Saison No. 1. 21|17 is a Pale Ale brewed with Mosaic and grapefruit zest. We then added honey from Hiver, mango puree & Gigessa coffee.
