For our first foray into cider we've created a wild, mixed fermentation version using yeast from our friends at The Barrel Project at London Beer Factory. A bitter sweet apple blend from Herefordshire supported by a large addition of gooseberry and peach purée along with a Cryo Citra dry hop creates dry, fruity and complex exploratory, modern hopped cider.
