At BBNo we value creative & independent thinking, a sense of ownership in one's role and a desire to go above and beyond the call of duty. We are determined to have the best Taprooms in London and are looking for someone instrumental in helping us realise that goal.
We are expanding and an opportunity has arisen at Brew By Numbers to step in and lead our ever growing taproom sites as General Manager. The role requires a strong focus on working closely with the marketing & events team to have the best and most fully formed events program in London. The chosen applicant will also work on the growth and upkeep of all taprooms as well as participate in the set up, build out and eventual leading of more taprooms coming online over the next year.
A hard-working, organised and experienced Tap Room Duty Manager who enjoys working in a small team but is able to solve problems and work unsupervised. Applicants must possess a mature attitude to work and be able to plan ahead. A good nature and the ability and willingness to communicate are essential, as is the willingness to go the extra mile to ensure the highest quality at all times.
Applicants must possess knowledge of craft beer, an understanding of the craft beer market and have previous cellar management experience. This will be a physical role and applicants should expect to move furniture, kegs and cases of beer by hand, as well as moving stock with a pallet truck. Applicants will be expected to manage a small team and must be willing to take on additional responsibility as the company grows.
Brew By Numbers is looking for energetic and friendly people with a passion for craft beer and outstanding customer service to join our team in the taproom! Currently, we are looking for part-time employees to be flexible on weekdays and to work mainly at weekends with hours as early as 10 am and as late as 11 pm. Some occasional event and festival work may also be available.
